Planning Your Event
Small Bites, Gathering Platters and the Trading Post Snack Bar are available year-round. The full Dinner Bar Menu is available September 15-May 15. From May 16-September 14, full-meal events may use an outside caterer.
Event pricing includes a basic table-and-chair setup based on the layout approved before your event. Please tell us in advance if you need buffet, dessert, beverage, gift or registration tables.
For evening events, guests must park in the main parking area at the front of the Trading Post. Daytime and summer events may use designated overflow parking when directed by Trading Post staff.
Final guest counts, menu selections and dietary requests are due 30 days before the event. Charges are based on the guaranteed count or actual attendance, whichever is greater. Contact us as soon as possible if your count changes.
We can accommodate many gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan requests with advance notice. Please check with our Events Team about food allergies or other dietary needs. Our kitchen is not a dedicated allergen-free or gluten-free facility.
Some ingredients, brands and menu selections are subject to seasonality and vendor availability. If a significant substitution is needed, our Events Team will discuss it with you.
Your space and staff are reserved for the contracted event time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after that, additional event time may be charged at $100 per hour and is subject to staff and building availability.

No. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased and served through Garden of the Gods Trading Post. Alcohol may not be removed from the property. Beer and wine packages are priced separately from food.
Yes. From May 16-September 14, outside catering is the option for groups wanting a full meal. Trading Post Small Bites, snacks and beverage service remain available during that season.
Temporary decor is welcome as long as it does not damage or permanently alter the space. Glitter, confetti, faux snow, sequins and similar difficult-to-clean materials require advance approval and may result in an additional cleanup charge.
An inquiry or proposal does not hold the space. Your date is confirmed once we receive the required signed Event Agreement and deposit.
The Pavilion is an outdoor seasonal space. Indoor backup space is not automatically guaranteed and must be arranged in advance if available.
Bar service closes 30 minutes before the scheduled event end time. Final event details, setup, food, beverage and any special requests are confirmed in your Event Agreement. We also do not host weddings, wedding receptions or rehearsal dinners.
